At OpticAI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your smart glasses within 14 calendar days of receipt, under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  1. The product must be in new, undamaged condition, with all accessories and original packaging.

  2. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page before sending the product back.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
